1.Research: The result of testing in research will be help the scientist to decide which route to follow next.
2.Selection of Raw Material: The raw material is a relative term:-
Spinning - Fibre
Weaving - Yarn
Finishing - Cloth
Most textile raw material is theri variation in quality.
Fibre: Vary in length,Colour,Fineness.
Yarn: Vary in count,Strength,Twist.
Cloth: Vary in thread per inch,Freedom from faults,Shrinkage.
According to quality of products select the raw material.
3.Process Control: A control of amount of waste and breakage during spinning and weaving. And their are directly effect to the production. A plan of production require certain standard level to which material in process must conform.
4.Process Development: It is related to the research. In this involved experimental work. In investigations into better cheaper and quicker method of manufacture fibre and yarn are made.
5.Product Testing: In this process check the quality of the product. and apply further procees according to the quality of the product.
